HELP ME GET MY ACCOUNT UNSTUCK - PLEASE ADD RESET ACCOUNT BACK

hi! can someone help my account get unstuck?
it has 0 gems, and when I click to build the boat (for builder base) it's stuck,
'cause it doesn't have resources to repair the BH.
can someone reset my account back to th1, so that I can restart? ty
