I made an account the other day and reached max th12 no problem, but today my friend is trying to do the same and she is stuck
at th10 because her storages only allow her to have a maximum of 8.5 million elixir/gold and she is being required to build
the Nita hero in order to upgrade to th11 but it's impossible for her to do that because Nita costs 10 million currently. I am not sure
if Nita's price or town hall level was changed recently but it's now impossible to upgrade from th10 to th11.
Please look into this.
