There are several different types of punishment available:
  • The warning: The warning has no direct effect on the Account. You can continue to play without change. It is there primarily to warn you that you risk greater penalties if you continue to violate our rules.
  • The one (1) day ban: The one-day ban is usually used upon the first substantial infringement of the rules. It is the first step on the Account ban scale.
  • The three (3) day ban: The 3-day ban is usually used in cases of repeat offending. The 3-day ban will make you understand that you incur real risks by not complying with the TOU.
  • The seven (7) day ban: The 7 –day ban is usually used in cases of severe violations.
  • The fifteen (15) day ban: The 15-day ban is the most serious sanction before the final closure of the Account. When an Account is suspended for 15 days, you absolutely need to adopt an irreproachable conduct otherwise you risk being banned forever.
  • Definitive ban: The Account is permanently closed and you can no longer access it. This penalty is usually applied in cases of recurrence or of serious or unforgivable disregard for the rules.
Depending on what you’ve done, you may not be warned before you’re banned. You may or may not receive a shorter ban for a first offence or a longer ban for a repeat offence. You may receive a definitive ban immediately should Ankama deem your behaviour to have breached the Terms of Use (or for any other reason.)

How to Report a Player
Before we look at how to report a player, let’s take a summary of things that players are not allowed to do. These are explained in more detail in the FAQs along with examples of each, and are covered by the Terms of Use that all players have agreed to. If you see a player (or players) doing any of the following, please report them by following the instructions further down.

  • Cheating: Cheating is using third party programs to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
  • Exploiting:Exploiting is using game errors (bugs) or mechanics to gain an unfair advantage in the game or for personal gain.
  • Griefing: Grief tactics are actions performed with the intent to impede, disrupt, block, or otherwise impair a player’s gameplay. While similar to harassment, grief tactics encompasses actions not defined by the harassment policy where the intent of the actions is the disruption of game play for another player.
  • Harassment: Harassment is using insulting, obscene, or discriminatory language or any actions or expressions determined to be obscene or disruptive towards a player or group of players. Harassment can take a number of forms, with the harassment aiming to anger, offend, or force a player to leave the game.
  • In Game Fraud: Fraud is defined as an intentional deception made for personal gain of in-game items or other possessions from other players. Such actions can be defined as, but are not limited to, giving misinformation ect.
  • Real Money Trading: Real Money Trading is selling virtual assets or services in order to obtain real money. Virtual assets can include, but are not limited to:
  1. Accounts
  2. Village presets
  3. In-game currency (Whatever you want to trade, even if everything is unlimited)
  4. Promotional codes
The most part of the reports will be focused on the tchat. Any harassment, any insults, any racism or anything made to insult someone is banned and reportable.

Your report should contain the following:
  • Time (including timezone).
  • Date.
  • Your forum name.
  • Your player name.
  • The names of the player(s) you wish to report. This should be the account name(s), don't forget any symbol.
  • Evidence of the violation. The easiest way to do this is by taking multiple screenshots. (The default button to take a screenshot is F12). Simply upload them to an image sharing website (like imgur.com) and include links to them in the report.
