Unfair base

Hello everyone, some player has a blank base, it's restricted. Some players got ban for this, ( like the top 1 world ). If you have a blank base then don't use it.

One of my clan member Osaka - player id - #9RJ2JVYL didn't get any attacks today as in legend league - it says no opponents found but she had already lost a defense. Can you please look in to it! Thanks!
